  • 2 cans of tuna, drained
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

For the Buns:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet (2 1/4 teaspoons) active dry yeast
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Instructions:

Tuna Filling:

  • Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
  • Add minced garlic and chopped bell peppers. Sauté for a few minutes until the peppers are tender.
  • Stir in the drained tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, dried dill, salt, and pepper. Mix well and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Buns:

  • In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and sugar. Sprinkle the yeast over the milk mixture and let it sit for about 5 minutes, or until frothy.
  • Add the melted butter and salt to the yeast mixture.
  • Gradually add the flour while mixing until a soft dough forms.

Baking:
