During her interview, Taylor remarked, "Experiencing hurt is inevitable in any genuine relationship – that's the price you pay. The genuine cost of a meaningful connection is the acknowledgment that you might encounter pain, face sorrow, and inevitably lose something at some point, and that's completely acceptable. The rewards outweigh the drawbacks."
The theater luminary also disclosed her personal challenge in sharing her emotions, revealing her tendency to require prompting before opening up to someone.
She articulated, "I won't be freely sharing all my emotions. I'm the kind of person who, annoyingly and complexly, needs to be probed and encouraged to discuss my feelings."
In a discussion about her connection with the character Connie from her play "The Effect," Taylor expressed that 'love' is her preferred form of intoxication.
